Heineken Cup Fixtures & Predictions

The Heineken Cup is back this weekend, and it is best to keep on enjoying it while it still exists with all of its mix of nations.

With the English clubs having confirmed that they will not participate after this season, at least that is the current position, we can be certain that the Heineken Cup will not look the same next year.

The French clubs appear to be firmly in the ERC camp again now though, although the Welsh regions and the WRU still appear to have some negotiating to do, despite the WRU confirming that the regions will be involved.

Back to this year though and the competition looks as exciting as ever, the first two rounds had some thrilling games, while the third round is always an exciting round as the pools begin to take shape.
