The AASE league restarts tomorrow afternoon following the half term break, with a key clash at the foot of the Northern Conference grabbing the attention.

Moulton College and Gosforth Academy play each other for the first time this season, having had their earlier game postponed, and each has just a solitary win so far this season. Victory tomorrow will keep the winners in touch with those above, while the defeated side will look a little cut adrift.

At the top of the table the unstoppable Hartpury College host the in form Myerscough College. It is hard to see beyond a Hartpury victory, such is their dominance, however Myerscough are one of the few sides who seem as though they could catch the mighty Gloucestershire side cold.

Oaklands College are the side running Hartpury Closest though, they are just a victory behind them in the table. The Saracens academy side host Worcester 6^th form College tomorrow, who currently sit fourth.

In the South Truro College are currently the pace setters, winning five of their first six matches. They have an excellent chance to make that six form seven as they host bottom side Henley College, who have just a solitary win to their name. If the Southern Conference has sown us anything though, it is that chickens should certainly not be getting counted before they hatch.

St Paul’s are just a point behind Truro in the table thanks to an incredible six bonus points, they face Bicton College who have proven gloriously unpredictable so far, capable of beating anyone on their day, the Exeter Chiefs AASE side will be a real handful.

Filton College are tied with St Paul’s on wins but sit a further four points behind Truro because of that brilliant bonus point record from St Paul’s. They face Ivybridge College, who have proved themselves able against many of the top teams this year, including a shock 14-8 victory over tomorrow’s hosts in their earlier meeting this season.

Once again, it should be a compelling day of rugby.
