Hartpury College and Truro College kept their spots at the top of the AASE Northern and Southern Conferences respectively following big victories yesterday afternoon.

Hartpury put in yet another huge performance to beat the previously in form Myerscough College 53-0, meaning that the Gloucestershire side remain unbeaten, the only side in either conference yet to fail to win.

Their nearest challengers, Oaklands College, also secured a strong victory, beating Worcester 6^th form College 41-28 to keep within seven points of Hartpury. The Worcester Warriors feeder side did secure a bonus point to lift them above Myerscough in the table though.

Drawing level with Myerscough are Moulton College, the Northampton Saints AASE side picked up their second victory of the season, ebating Gosforth Academy 35-12, leaving the North East side five points adrift at the foot of the table.

In the South, Truro College’s commanding victory was a 54-10 effort against the team at the foot of the conference, Henley College, who are still with just one victory to their name.

Hot on Truro’s tails at the top are St Paul’s Catholic College, they kept their momentum going with a strong 34-14 victory over Bicton College, who remain firmly in mid table, fine return for the side who only joined the league this year.

Filton College are also hunting down the leading duo with gusto, a 36-0 victory over Ivybirdge keeps them within a bonus point victory of top of the table Truro, and with the three table toppers playing each other over the course of the next three weeks, there are sure to be a few changes at that top end.
