Readers’ Team of the Term Decided

BECOME A PATRON

The Fifteen Rugby Fans Vote for the Team of the Term has now closed and the winner can be revealed.

Monmouth School received the most votes and are the Fifteen Rugby Readers Team of the Term.

The Welsh school, who enjoyed an unbeaten term bar a friendly defeat to Crawshays Welsh, collected nearly a third of the votes to pip the unbeaten Stamford to the post.

It was largely a contest between those two, who collected roughly a third of the votes each, while Bromsgrove came in third with just under 15% of the vote. They edged out Kirkham Grammar School and Kingswood for the final podium place, both of whom collected plenty of votes themselves.

Thousands of votes were cast, a real sign of the popularity of schools rugby at the moment, and of the competitiveness at the top this year.

Congratulations to Monmouth, thirteen victories, one defeat, fourth in the Daily Mail Trophy, and the Fifteen Rugby Readers Team of the Term
