The Denstone College 7s takes place on Sunday, with Sedbergh looking to bounce back after their North of England 7s loss to Kirkham last week.

It is a small competition with just four teams, with the top two in the Group playing the Cup final and the bottom two in the Plate final, however the class of the field dictates that it ought to be well worth a watch.

Sedbergh School, one of the great rugby and sevens schools in the country, will likely grab most headlines, but St Joseph’s College, Stowe, and of course Denstone College themselves represent three top class sides themselves and should make for a brilliant afternoon of rugby.
