U16 BMW Wellington International Festival all set to kick off

The U16 BMW Wellington International Festival begins this weekend, providing a real chance to catch a glimpse of the starts of the future from England, Scotland, Wales, France, and Italy.

England will turn out four teams, one from each of their four regional division, England North, England Midlands, England London & South East, and England South West. Wales provide two teams, Wales Druids and Wales Celts, France also provide two, France East and France West.

Italy send of an U17 Academy Select squad, while Scotland send over one side, the Scotland U16s.

The action all begins tomorrow at 11.00 with England South West taking on Wales Celts and England Midlands playing the Italian U17 side.

At 14.00 England North play Scotland U16 in what should be a tasty local derby, before two further games at 16.00, Wales Druids v France West and England London & South East v France East.

The players then have a few days rest before competing again on Wednesday, before the Festival rounds off next Saturday with another full day of fixtures.

16.00 England North v France West – Pitch 2

11.00 England North v Wales Celts – Pitch 2

14.30 England London & South East v Wales Druids – Pitch 2
