Oaklands College wrapped things up for stage one of the AASE league with a stunning victory over Moulton College.
They beat the Northampton Saints affiliated side by a staggering 57-0 scorelines, confirming Moulton as the bottom placed side in the Northern Division though. However despite the bonus point win Oaklands still finish second bottom after losing their opening five games.
The two sides will meet again though, as they will be part of the bottom four split in the North alongside Worcester 6th form College and Gosforth Academy.
In the South, the bottom four are Henley College, Truro College, Ivybridge Community College, and Beechen Cliff.
The likely focus will be the top 3 in each division though, who will play in their own mini leagues as the shoot out for position ahead of finals day at Allianz Park.
The Northern Top 3 shoot out sees Hartpury College, Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth, and Myerscough College all face each other, while in the South it is St Paul’s Catholic College, Bicton College, and SGS Filton College competiting.
Top in each division will meet in the AASE final, with second meeting in the Plate, and third in the Bowl.
The next round of fixtures will take place after the half term break.
