While the Champions Trophy, Schools Cup, and various other knockout competitions will likely grab the headlines this week, there is still plenty of other rugby going on.
Particularly as the week nears its end, some massive fixtures start to come to the fore, keeping the excitement through the week.
You can see our previous of the various other competitions here:
Tuesday
Scottish Cup action is the main action on Tuesday, with Fettes College hosting Dundee High School, Glasgow High School welcoming Morrison’s Academy, and Loretto at home to Edinburgh Academy. Meawhile Stewart’s Melville travel to St Aloysius’ College.
In England, meanwhile, Dr Challoner’s Grammar School host UCS in what ought to be a good contest.
Wednesday
Wednesday looks a decent day, Hymers College, who look good this year, travel to Hill House, while Dame Allan’s are at home to Longridge. Stafford Grammar, meanwhile, are away at Tettenhall College.
In the South East Brentwood are hosting Westcliff High, with Harris City Academy at home to Coopers, and Latymer welcome Saint Cecilia’s. Royal Alexandra & Albert meanwhile host Reigate College.
Elsewhere there is a fantastic game in Wales as Llandovery College host Bridgend College, surely desperate to make up for that tough loss to Newport.
Back in England Claire’s Court host Reading, while Windsor Boys are at home to Holyport, meanwhile in one of the best games of the day Cokethorpe are away to Pate’s Grammar School.
Thursday
There is more Scottish Cup action on Thursday, Dollar Academy hosting St Columba’s School, while Merchiston Castle make the trip to Glenalmond.
In England, meanwhile, there are some cracking games. On the south coast there is a game that looks like it really could be a cracker as Eastbourne College host Tonbridge, while the side that beat Tonbridge on Saturday, Radley College, host another excellent looking game in Oxford as Stowe come to visit.
Elsewhere Wisbech Grammar host Woodbridge after Saturday’s excellent win over Cardinal Vaughan, while Katherine Lady Berkeley’s welcome Cathedral School Llandaff. Meanwhile Monmouth have a potential classic against Crawshay’s Welsh XV.
Friday
There are two awesome games on Friday night. Abindgon host arguably their toughest opponent of the season on Friday as unbeaten Kirkham Grammar School come to town, one of the very best teams in the country.
Meanwhile at Esher RFC Trinity host St John’s Leatherhead, Trinity will be full of confidence after beating Brighton College last week, while St John’s will be on a fast turnaround after the Champions Trophy tie on Tuesday.
