Some major moves have already begun in the off-season in terms of coaching changes.

First up it is interesting to note that former Stormer Pieter Louw will be joining his alma-mater Paarl Boys as a coach. He will be their Under 14A coach with rumour having it he will work along their chief scout with a view to replacing him when the time is right.

Nico le Roux has joined DHS where he takes over from former Shark and DHS old boy Scott Mathie. Le Roux has worked at international level as a technical advisor, it just goes to show how much quality we are attracting in terms of school level coaching.

The biggest news however must easily be Phiwe Nomlomo, the Selborne coach and old boy who has contributed significantly to Selborne becoming a major force in South Africa will be leaving the school.

Nomlomo has taken up a position at the Sharks where he willbe a skills coach, there is little doubt in my mind that Nomlomo is in the process of being groomed for higher honours. How long before we see him coaching the Green and Gold I wonder?
