A question that is continually put to us from a player perspective is – how do I get noticed? Perhaps the second most asked question is by recruiters – how do we effectively recruit for our rugby program?

We decided to create a system that would allow for young talents and recruiters to both exist on a common ecosystem that would allow them to communicate and drive forward opportunities for young athletes.
