This Sunday NextGenXV will be live streaming the Colston’s 7s, one of the key tournaments of the early part of this school 7s season.

16 teams will be in attendance and you will be able to watch all the action from Pitch 3 live, which includes the Cup, Plate, and Bowl Finals. You will be able to watch it all live via our YouTube channel or through the embedded video below.

The sixteen teams are divided into four groups of four teams each. The winners of the groups will go through to the Cup semi finals, while second place will compete in the Plate, third in the Bowl, and 4^th in the Trophy, meaning a minimum of four games per team and a maximum of five.

Drawn in Pool A are Bristol Grammar School, Prior Park College, Queen’s College Taunton, and Christ College Brecon, whose 7s tournament we live streamed last week and which you can view again below. Pool A will see Prior Park College v Bristol Grammar School live streamed at 11.10am. The full live stream schedule can be seen at the foot of this article.

The hosts, Colston’s, who are led by former Ireland full back Girvan Dempsey, are drawn in Pool B where their challengers will be Monkton Combe, Exeter School, and Oxfordshire’s Abingdon. Pool B will see Abingdon v Colston’s live streamed at 10.30am and Colston’s v Exeter at 11.50.

Over in Pool C are schools rugby giants Kirkham Grammar School, they are joined by Taunton School, KES Bath, and Downside. Downside v Taunton at 11.30am will be live streamed.

Pool D sees Whitchurch High School, one of the top performers at Christ College last week, drawn against King’s College Taunton, Queen Elizabeth’s Hospital, and Kingswood, with Whitchurch v King’s College live streamed at 10.50am and King’s College v QEH live streamed at 12.10pm.

Following the groups there will be a break for lunch before the live stream resumes with Bowl Semi Final 1 (3^rdin Group A v 3^rd in Group B) at 1.30pm ahead of the first Cup semi final (1^st Group A v 1^st Group B) at 1.50pm. Then it’s onto the finals, the Bowl Final at 2.10pm, the Plate at 2.30pm, and the Cup Final at 2.50pm.

It promises to be an excellent day of rugby at Colston’s, a key tournament for the sixteen sides to continue their preparations for the tournaments ahead, and the crucial Rosslyn Park HSBC National School 7s.
