The quarter final fixtures of the U15 Schools Cup, Plate, Vase, and Bowl have been confirmed, alongside the dates and venues for the semi finals and finals of the four competitions.

The quarter finals of all four competitions are due to take place next week (week commencing 6th February), though there are a couple of last 16 catch up fixtures still to take place first, one in the Vase and one in the Bowl.

Quarter Finals Draws, Semi Final and Final dates and venues:

U15 Cup

Warwick v QEGS Wakefield

King’s Macclesfield v Northampton School for Boys

KCS Wimbledon v Canford

Ravens Wood v Clifton College

Try keeping Warwick and QEGS Wakefield apart, it’s seemingly impossible. Theirs is one of the great Schools Cup rivalries at both U18 and U15 level and they are set to go head to head once again at U15 level. The other game in the north half of the draw sees two real stars of the year going head to head, King’s Macclesfield and Northampton School for Boys, who have followed on from great work from their U18s to do the same at U15 level, the future is so so bright.

In the South half of the draw KCS Wimbledon v Canford has the feeling of a great U15 Quarter Final, two sides with great histories, meanwhile Clifton College face a long trip away to Ravens Wood, who have done magnificently well to reach this stage of the competition.

The winners will be heading to Aylesbury RFC on Sunday 5th March for the semi finals, with the carrot of Twickenham Stadium on Thursday 16th March for the finalists.

U15 Plate

Lancaster RGS v Norwich

Cheadle Hulme v King’s Worcester

Exeter School v Berkhamsted

Abingdon v Brighton College

The Plate quarter final draw looks, as it should, incredibly strong. Lancaster RGS will host Norwich School in the north half of the draw and the other game in that half of the draw is not too far away from there at all, with Cheadle Hulme hosting King’s Worcester, another fantastic looking game.

The south half of the draw sees a long away trip from Berkhamsted as they travel to Exeter School, Berkhamsted are strong but Exeter is a tough place to go. Alongside that game it’s a trip to Oxford for Brighton College, with Abingdon their hosts, another fantastic game.

Once the semi finals are drawn they will take place at the venue of the side drawn first, the home team, on the week commencing on the 27th February, the final will then take place on Tuesday 14th March at Saracens’ StoneX Stadium.

U15 Vase

Dame Allan’s v Samuel Whitbread Academy

Old Swinford Hospital v Weaverham High

Chislehurst & Sidcup GS/Langley Park v The Oratory

Reigate Grammar v Thomas Hardye

It’s a high level Vase quarter final draw too. Samuel Whitbread Academy have a great record in this competition but have a tough trip to Dame Allan’s. Another side with a great record are Old Swinford Hospital, they host Weaverham High.

In the south half of the draw The Oratory have a wait to find out their hosts, with Chislehurst & Sidcup Grammar and Langley Park yet to play their last 16 game. The other quarter final is confirmed, with a strong Reigate Grammar side hosting former champions Thomas Hardye.

The semi finals will be at Aylesbury RFC on Sunday 5th March alongside the Cup semis, likewise the finals will be at Twickenham Stadium on Thursday 16th March.

U15 Bowl

Prince Henry’s GS v Gresham’s

Lymm High v Cokethorpe

St Peter’s, Gloucester v Dartford GS

Grey Court/Warden Park v QES Barnet

The Bowl is looking pretty strong too. Prince Henry’s Grammar host Gresham’s in the north, two schools with such rich history. So too Lymm High School v Cokethorpe, two sides with great Cup pedigree.

In the south former U18 Cup champions St Peter’s Gloucester are hosting Dartford Grammar School, while QES Barnet must wait to discover their hosts, with Grey Court and Warden Park yet to play their last 16 tie.

Like the Vase, semi finals will be at the venue of the home sides in the draw, the two sides drawn first for each fixture, on the week of the 27th February. The final will then take place at Saracens’ StoneX Stadium on Tuesday 14th March.
