England U18: Women’s Squad Named for February Camp | 48-players selected

England have named a 48-player U18 Women’s squad for this weekend’s training camp at Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre.

Head Coach James Cooper and assistant Ollie Perry will oversee the four day camp ahead of their opening game of the season against Hartpury College on the 7th March.

Lully Stephenson, Amelie Lenham, and Zara Barringer are all called into their first camp and will look to stake their claim, alongside the other 45 selected, for a place in the squad for the 2026 U18 Six Nations Festival.

Four players in the squad have previous England U18 experienced, Oaklands College’s Lily Pereira dos Santos being the most experienced with five caps, while Cranleigh’s Charlotte Brooks and Exeter College’s Honey Kerslake, the only capped forward in the squad, have four caps each. Kerslake’s Exeter College schoolmate Izzy Firth has one cap to her name so far.

Speaking on the squad, James Cooper said: “Selecting this squad continues to recognise players who show real courage, natural leadership and the intensity required to perform through the pathway and up to the highest level.”

“So far, this group have bonded strongly through their commitment to each other, pushing standards every camp and embracing the challenge of growing together under pressure. It’s great to see and we’re excited for this week’s meeting. Above all, they’ve demonstrated a winning mindset by being brave in their decisions. With fixtures fast approaching, it’s evident these players are determined to represent their country.”
