Due to the demand from various stakeholders within the game of rugby and sensing a need for a centralized platform to connect said stakeholders, the NextGenXV team decided upon the creating of a talent hub.

Our talent hub is a space where up and coming rugby players will be able to upload their vital information and present their talents to prospective future employers.

Recruiters are able to use our unique search and filter system to find their ideal candidate. Age, weight and height are only a few examples of the many filters we have available.

Once you have completed filling out your details we will build your online profile.

You will be allocated a user name and link and thereafter you are able to send said link it to recruiters and clubs.

Only athletes are able to access our jobs board. One the jobs board you are able to view the latest opportunities that are available for you in your given area.
