ABOUT

The Super 8 competition was formed in 1997 by a group of Central North Island schools who were the dominant sporting schools in their regions.Needing a higher level of competition the schools decided to create their own association to ensure that high level competition was available to all teams.The current Super 8 schools are:GisborneHamiltonHastingsNapier BoysNew PlymouthPalmerston NorthRotoruaTauranga
