Sherborne lifted the 2015 Colston’s 7s Cup on Sunday, beating Kingswood 17-5 in the final.
The NatWest Cup last 16 side finished top of their pool ahead of Truro, Millfield’s 2nd VII, and King’s Bruton, before beating hosts Colston’s, who topped Group D, in their semi final before the final against Kingswood.
Sherborne’s Group C tured out to be the most successful of the lot, with Sherborne winning the Cup, third placed Millfield winning the Shield, and bottom of the group King’s Bruton winning the Bowl.
Bromsgrove, who finished second in Group D behind the hosts, lifted the plate. They played Prior Park in the Plate final, Prior Park had been second to Whitchurch High in Group B, Whitchurch went on to lose 35-0 to Kingswood in the Cup semi final.
That thumping semi final win was to be the high point for Kingswood though, with Sherborne stepping up in the final after narrowly defeating Colston’s in the semi final.
