Among this weekend’s many 7s tournaments is a short but intense competition at Reed’s School on Sunday.

Eight schools will join together at the Surrey School and they will be split into two groups of four, with each side facing their counterpart from the opposing group in a placings final, the top side from each competing in the Cup Final, second place in the Plate, third in the Bowl, and fourth in the Shield.

Hosts Reed’s are in Group A where they are joined by Emanuel, who will be fresh from a big tournament on Friday night hosted by Gordon’s. Alongside those two are a strong Framlingham College side and The Oratory.

Over in Group B are the hosts of Friday night’s tournament, Gordon’s, as well as Felsted, who will be one of the other competitors on Friday. Joining those two are two local rivals, St John’s Leatherhead and Epsom College, who will be coming off the back of the huge Hampton School founders’ day 7s on Wednesday afternoon.
